Ways to make space available
Property donations, donated use for an agreed period, reduced-cost leases, and other mutually agreed arrangements may help us expand our work.
A house sitting unused, an available building, or suitable land could help create another place for housing or community activities in East Texas.
We welcome conversations with property owners, churches, businesses, and organizations in Longview, Tyler, Kilgore, and surrounding East Texas communities about what may be possible.
Property donations, donated use for an agreed period, reduced-cost leases, and other mutually agreed arrangements may help us expand our work.
We would discuss the property’s condition, intended use, location, repair needs, operating costs, and local requirements before deciding whether it is suitable.
Use, access, maintenance, expenses, responsibilities, and timing would be agreed upon in writing before we use a property.
Tell us the general location, property type, approximate size, condition, availability, and the arrangement you would like to discuss. Photos are helpful.
Our goal is to reach more East Texas communities with the resources and local support needed to sustain each location. An offer starts a conversation; acceptance and use depend on review and agreement.
Please share general details first. We’ll explain what information is needed next; there is no need to send deeds, identity documents, or financial records with your initial inquiry.
There’s a place for you here.
